Documents Requirements

  1. Your document must be intact, readable and undamaged.

  2. Your document must be complete. Any blank spaces will be noted and altered as needed.

  3. Documents will be stapled together to create a whole.

  4. If your documents are not prepared with the proper notarial certificate we can explain the different certificates and you may decide which is best. A Notary Public may not offer legal advice as we are not lawyers.

  5. If your requested notarial act is a witness signature you should wait to sign the document in the presence of the Notary Public.

Signer/Witness Requirements

  1. The person signing the document must be physically present.

  2. The signer must be signing the document of their own free will. It is the Notary Publics duty to assess the competency of the signer and decide if they are competent.

  3. Valid Government Id will be used to verify the signers identity. Examples of valid ID:DMV issued ID card or drivers license, US passport of passport card, officially recognized passport of a foreign country, US Military Card, Tribal ID card or government documents containing a persons photograph and signature.

  4. If your requested notarial act is a Witness Signature you should wait to sign the document in the presence of the Notary Public.

  3. Once your appointment is set we will touch base with a finalized estimate of fees based off notarial acts required, location, and any other services requested.

  4. Upon arrival we will review the documents to verify they meet the threshold to be notarized.

  5. Once the documents are verified, we will verify the identity of the signing party. All signers and witnesses MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT.

  6. The Notary Public will determine the competences of the signer/witness to insure they participating of their own free will , have not been coerced and are doing so knowingly, freely and willingly.

  7. The Notary Public will then guide the clients through the signing and witness process which includes indicating where the client should sign and completing the entry in their notary journal.

  8. The Notary Public will affix their seal and and signature to all necessary notarial acts.

  9. You will be sent a finalized invoice once the appointment is complete. We accept Cash, credit card, Venmo, or paypal..
