Who I am
My name is Justin (Jed) Haigh and I am the owner of Mobile Notary PNW.
My number one priority is making the client happy. I achieve this by asking questions about what they want and need. I make sure to listen to the client, then formulate a plan and then follow through on the plan. Sometime this is a simple process. Sometimes it's a multistep process. The most important thing is keeping the clients desires in mind and listening.
Most recently I was a procurement manager for a tech company. Previous to my procurement job I was a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and worked closely with several assessors offices. This background has given me several key pieces of experience. It has made me familiar with real estate transaction and the documents involved. It has also made me comfortable traveling to a clients homes and conducting myself in a professional manner. I also have an MBA in Project Management which has served me well in planning and executing all my notary assignments.
Every notary assignment is a story. Each client has a a need that has brought them to this moment in their life where they are moving forward with a first time purchase, a refi, estate planning, Apostille or whatever they may need. It's my job to make the process understandable and smooth so the client is happy with the service. I would rather ask "stupid" questions to make sure something is done correctly the first time than to have to go back and correct it later.
Being a mobile notary is an exciting and interesting endeavor for me. The more I engage in it, the better I get to know the Portland and Vancouver community. I get to travel around and help people in a professional and convenient way.
