Per Signature Notarized $15 for Wasington $10 for Oregon

Why do I need a Mobile Notary?
Real Estate Transactions
There are many documents in a real estate transaction that require notarization. The Note, The Deed, Affidavits, and many other documents all require notarial acts. A Notary Signing Agent notarizes these documents and has received special training to walk you through and explain the many documents that are included in most real estate transactions.
Estate Planning, Power of Attorney, and many legal documents
Important legal documents require notarizations. Some examples are Power of Attorney documents, Wills, or Bill of Sales. When these documents are notarized they become much more enforceable than if they were just signed. Many Attorneys rely on Notarial Acts as certified third party witnesses to a document to make the them enforceable as a legal document in court.
Apostille Services
Apostille Authentication is needed when a notarized document is going to be used in a country recognized by the Hague convention. If you are using the document in a country not recognized by the Hague you still need Apostille Authentication. Please reach out if you have any questions!
